Centre FFA was the host of the South Central District Speech and Job Interview career development event Dec. 6.
The chapter also had students competing in the events. In the freshmen division, finishing in the top ten were Theo Kassebaum, first, and Shane Methvin, fourth. Trevor Hageberg also participated in the freshmen division.
In the sophomore division Ripley Howard finished sixth. In the junior division Cole Svoboda took eighth and Jacob Jirak , ninth. Nathan Barney finished ninth in the senior division.
Tanner Brunner competed in the Job Interview contest and finished fourth.
Centre finished fifth overall in the Public Speaking event.
