n Beginning its 15th year, the Leader?ship Marion County class is changing its focus to leadership development and training. Half of each monthly session still will be spent in ?awareness building? by touring county enterprises, but the other half will be devoted to the leadership classes.

n The owners of Baker Bros. Printing Co., a 36-year business that focuses on full-service quick-print projects, and Print Source Direct, a 3-year-old print brokerage and publisher of the Hillsboro Free Press, formalized an alliance last week.
