The in-town option is an excellent place to start when you need something. In many instances there is more than one choice, too.

The drumline that performed during halftime at the Hillsboro-Marion football game had a really neat idea. I don?t know where they came up with it but using chairs was unique.
I made the comment that maybe they had to get rid of all of the drums due to district-wide cuts, but that isn?t the case. They probably have more chairs than drums.

I participated in the second annual Great Pumpkin Race on Saturday. My place was dead last but at least I am still alive. Hats off to the organizers.
