Grateful for local stadium support

On behalf of Tabor Col?lege and the athletic department, I want to thank the Hillsboro community for making it possible for Tabor to host the NAIA Football Championship Series opening-round game in Hillsboro.

In 2005, the Tabor football team earned the right to host an opening-round playoff game. However, due to the condition of our facilities, we had to use Cessna Stadium in Wichita. This time, thanks to the people of the greater Hillsboro community and USD 410, we were able to host the game on our campus in Hillsboro.

Thank you, Hillsboro community!

Jules Glanzer

Tabor College president

Thanks for raking our leaves, teens

Thank you for the Hillsboro High School teens who raked our leaves on Nov. 24. It is greatly appreciated.

Willis and Ruthann Penner
