Strong at the top

Marion County is blessed with strong educational leadership, and the addition of Steve Noble as the new superintendent for USD 410 in Hillsboro will only fortify that position. It doesn?t take long to be impressed not only with his commitment to the education of our children, but with his ability to articulate and energize that vision through strong communication and collaboration skills.

Noble is quick to say that climbing the professional ladder is not his priority. He and wife Gita say they were particular about the kind of place they would chose for his move into a superintendent?s position because their intention is to put down roots and work for the long haul. When the match is right, longevity is a great asset for a school district and its superintendent. We believe this match is a strong one. We wish the Nobels well, believing that the partnership will bear much fruit in the years ahead. ?DR
