Two county districts honored on national school ranking

U.S. News & World Report’s Best High School’s rankings were just recently released and two Marion County schools were on the list.

Goessel High School came in at #38, which is one of the smallest schools to be ranked so highly.

Recognition as one of the Best High Schools in America is a great honor for our school community. I am very proud of the efforts of our staff and students to perform at a high level in the areas used for this ranking,” said Goessel High School Principal Scott Boden.

Hillsboro High School also made the list coming is at #66.

Hillsboro Middle High School is a great school,” said HMHS Principal Clint Corby. “We are fortunate to have such great kids, supportive parents and an involved community.”
