Scott Frantz, a senior at Free State High School in Lawrence, has signed a letter of intent to play football at Kansas State University.
The son of Stan and Kim Frantz, and grandson of Marcella Frantz and nephew of Den?nis Frantz, both of Hills?boro, Scott Frantz is rated the 48th-best offensive tackle nationally and the fourth-best player in Kansas by Rivals.com.
