Marion man arrested in drug stop

At approximately 8:15 p.m. on June 16, K9 Deputy Meliza initiated a traffic stop on Main St. near Eisenhower St. in Marion. Sgt Regier arrived to assist. Probable Cause was developed to search the vehicle. Illegal narcotics were located and seized.

Juvenile passengers were held for a parent. James Spohn, Marion, was arrested and booked on charges of Possession of Methamphetamine, Distribution of Marijuana, Possession of Paraphernalia, Aggravated Child Endangerment and Furnishing Tobacco to Minors.
