Luis Chaparro of Wichita was hired by Atanacio Nieto, owner of La Cabana, the Mexican restaurant on Main Street in Hillsboro, to paint a wall-length Aztec mural on the south side of the restaurant. ?I think people enjoy coming and seeing different places,? Nieto said. The 35-foot mural will be finished by Friday, Nov. 21. Nieto said he is thinking about making another change to the restaurant next year with the addition of a large fish aquarium.
