Little ghosts, goblins and other characters walked and visited the downtown merchants of Hillsboro Friday night for ?Trick-or-Treat Main Street,? sponsored by the Hillsboro Chamber of Commerce and Hillsboro Convention and Visitors Bureau. One friendly little penguin, Jaden Hiebert, 18 months, (above) had a hard time deciding on what goodie he wanted. His parents are Matt and Francine Hiebert of Hillsboro.
