The Prairieland float had a bunch of adorable little girls in tutus who smiled, waved and threw candy out at the crowd. The parade was full of floats of local businesses as well as classes throughout the years and many others.

The whole weekend was filled with events celebrating Marion and the pride was strong. Not even bad weather could interfere with friends and family as they caught up and hung out. The football game was postponed and not finished in time for print but the results will be up on the Free Press website. Laura Fowler Paulus / Free Press
