New exhibit opens at Peabody Museum

The vPeabodyv Historical Society is letting the public know that The Peabody Museum has a new display of Dolls of the World and Dolls of the Nations. The collection was donated by Norma Patton and Judy Mellott, both of Peabody.

In the doll room there is a new display of a Peabody/Burns High School Headdress worn and donated by Galen Roberts.

There are also books available such as “Light Up the Sky”, “Women of Peabody” and “Peabody, the First 100 years”.

The museum will be open on Saturday, Sept 4 and Saturday, Sept 18 from 1-3 p.m. and is located in Peabody.
