Girl Scout groups spruce up city hall

participated along with adult leaders Jones, Carla Hamm and Paula Wiebe. Eleven Brownies pitched in too (inset), led by Joy Dalke, Jana Dalke and Pam Loewen. The flowers were donated by Sereneity Gardens of rural Hillsboro. Hillsboro has had a Girls Scout troop over the years, but after a time of decline, the organization has been blossoming in the last year or two. Currently, 47 girls participate in the various levels. Planners have a goal of 50 girls for next year.
