Foote, Baccus exchange vows
Rachel Foote of Bethany, Okla., and Jacob Baccus of Clinton, Okla., were married at 7:30 p.m. April 27 at Memorial Road Mennonite Brethren Church in Edmond, Okla., with pastor Bill Black officiating.
The bride is the daughter of Howard and Mary Foote of Bethany. The groom is the son of Rodney and Norma Baccus of Clinton. Grandparents are Mardena Paxton of Clinton, and Vinita Tuttle of Sapulpa, Okla.
Matron of honor was Elizabeth Foote, sister-in-law of the bride. Best man was Geary Baccus, brother of the groom.
Bride?s attendants were Angilla Baccus, sister of the groom, and Ariana Riera, friend of the bride.
Groom?s attendants were Andrew Foote and Daniel Foote, both brothers of the bride.
Ushers were Keith Peters, Bennett Brown and Roman Hofer.
Musicians were Sharon Toews, Landon Tucker and Elise Hiebert, all friends of the couple. Rebecca Brown, friend of the bride, preformed an interpretive dance to a song written by the bride for the groom.
Guest book attendant was Ashlinn Sarani. Other attendants and servers were Rachel Peterson, Amy Rouse, Kayla Vix, Jen Hope, Ashley Siler, Jill Crawford and Mindee Brown.
The bride is a 2003 graduate of Corn Bible Academy and a 2007 graduate of Tabor College.
The groom is a 2003 graduate of Arapaho High School and a 2007 graduate of Southwestern Oklahoma State University.
After a honeymoon in Jamaica, the couple spent the summer serving with A Christian Ministry in National Parks in Smoky Mountain National Park near Gatlinburg, Tenn. The couple currently attends Baptist Theological seminary at Richmond (Va.).
Pugh, Kleiber celebrate marriage
Ashley Laura Pugh and Adam Michael Kleiber were married at 3 p.m. June 23 at East Heights United Methodist Church in Wichita.
Pastor Phil Fischer officiated the double-ring ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Dave and Shelley Lujano of Newton. She is the granddaughter of Gena Becker of Newton. The groom is the son of Mike and Carolyn Kleiber of Hillsboro. He is the grandson
of Lorene Kleiber, and Edie Ollenburger, both of Hillsboro.
Matron of honor was Jenna Lehrman and maid of honor was Rachel Appelhanz. Bridesmaids were Caitlin Feighney, Amber Wingert, Lindsay Wilson, and Kendra Pugh. Flower girl was McKenna Pugh.
Best man was Andrew Kleiber. Groomsmen were
Dan Klaassen, Anthony Thiessen, Brian Funk, Jason Hamm and Joshua Pugh. Junior groomsman was Riley Pugh and ring bearer was Elliot Ollenburger.
Following the ceremony, a reception was held at the home of the groom?s parents.
The bride graduated from Newton High School and the University of Kansas. She is employed as a family educator with Early Head Start in Sedgwick County.
The groom graduated from Hillsboro High School and Kansas State University. He is employed as an advance development engineer with Excel Industries in Hesston.
After a honeymoon to St. Lucia, the couple resides in rural Hillsboro.
Schrag, Klassen wed in Hesston?
Amanda Schrag and Dustin Klassen, both of Wichita, were married at 6 p.m. June 2 at Whitestone Mennonite Church in Hesston.
Derek Yoder officiated the double-ring ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Allen and Mary Schrag. The groom is the son of Marlo and Eydie Klassen.
The bride was escorted by her father.
Maids of honor were Rhiannon Schrag and Beth Schrag, sisters of the bride. Bridesmaids were Audra McEvoy and Tera Stucky. Flower girl was Emily Koehn.
Best man was Derrick Klassen, brother of the groom. Groomsmen were Tyler Goertzen, Matt Little and J.B. Petrocci. Ring bearer was Jackson Gaby.
Ushers were Paul Schrag, Pat McEvoy, Matt Stucky and Matt Royston.
Grandparents are Paul and Esther Schrag of Hesston, Raymond and Eunice Matz of Hillsboro, and Don and Lenora Klassen of Hillsboro.
The bride graduated from Hesston High School and Hesston College. She is a registered nurse at Via Christi in Wichita.
The groom graduated from Hesston High School and is attending Wichita State University.
After a honeymoon in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, the couple resides in Wichita.
