Carol Unruh and Erick McHenry, both of Winter Park, Colo., were united in marriage at 4 p.m. Sept. 24 with Judge Georgia Noriyuki officiating.

The double-ring, outdoor ceremony was held at Tumbling River Ranch in Grant, Colo. Decorations were by a friend of the couple.

Parents of the bride are Jerry and Eileen Rader of Durham. The groom?s parents are Terry and Marti McHenry of Reno, Nev.

Amy Zacek Smith was the maid of honor. Bridesmaids included Marie Kessler and Debbie Blanding of Beloit, both sisters of the bride, and Jill Eichler of Winter Park.

The flower girl was Peyton McHenry, niece of the groom.

The best man was Garth Eichler of Winter Park. Groomsmen were Jim Shields of Sarasota, Fla., Parnell Quinn of Winter Park and Paul Bennett of Castle Rock.

The ringbearer was Joel McHenry, nephew of the groom.

The wedding dinner was in Grand Hall at Tumbling River Ranch with a reception and cocktail hour around the pool, also at the ranch.

The bride is a graduate of Hillsboro High School and employed at the Fraser/Winter Park Police Department.

The groom is a graduate of Wooster High School in Reno, Nev., and part owner of Golden Eagle Snow and Tree Removal.

The rehearsal dinner included a barbecue at Tumbling River Ranch followed by a hayrack ride and music around a bonfire.

The couple will take a honeymoon in the spring.

They are at home in Winter Park.
