Loewen and Faul exchange vows

Abigail Brooke Loewen and Nathan David Faul, both of Omaha, Neb., exchanged wedding vows Jan. 1 in a double ring ceremony at Bethesda Church of Huron, Huron, S.D., with pastor Phil Plett officiating.

The bride?s parent are Nathan and Rosette Loewen of Huron and the groom?s parents are Owen and Judy Faul of Topeka.

Gift carriers were Joshua Gross, Jessica Gross, Jaren Tschetter and Michael Gross, all cousins of the bride.

Candlelighters were Tena Loewen and Emily Hattouni, cousins of the bride. Vocalists included Kerry Hofer and Katie Hohm with Ryan Loewen, brother of the bride, playing the violin.

The bride?s bouquet was white hydrangeas and white roses with sparkling crystals.

The matron of honor was Lori Hofer of Freeman, S.D., cousin of the bride. Her bridesmaids were Julianne Loewen of Huron, sister of the bride, and Kayda Faul of Topeka, sister-in-law of the groom.

The flower girl was Lindsey Tschetter of Eagan, Minn., cousin of the bride.

Joseph Faul of Topeka, brother of the groom, was best man. Groomsmen were Ryan Murphy of Shawnee, friend of the groom, and Michael Loewen of Huron, brother of the bride.

The ringbearers were Keegan Loewen of Huron, nephew of the bride, and Ethan Fizel of Woodbury, Minn., cousin of the bride.

Ushers included Tony Loewen and Benjamin Loewen, both of Huron and Graham Faul and Ben Faul, both of Martin, N.D., cousins of the groom.

The reception followed the ceremony at Byron Bible Camp. Host and hostesses included Dave and Joanne Loewen of Hillsboro, aunt and uncle of the bride, and Doug and Elaine Fast of Wichita, aunt and uncle of the groom.

Reception assistants were Kim Waldner and Beth Duba, friends of Byron Bible Camp.

A rehearsal dinner was Dec. 30, 2010, at Kleinsasser Bunkhouse, north of Huron.

The bride was a 2003 graduate of James Valley Christian School and a 2007 graduate of Tabor College in Hillsboro. She is currently a third year student at Creighton University School of Dentistry.

The groom was a 2001 graduate of Topeka High School and 2005 graduate of Tabor College. He is employed as project manager for AMI Environmental in Omaha, Neb.

The couple honeymooned at Sanibel Island and Captiva Island in Florida.

They are at home in Omaha.
