Kelley, Burr united in marriage July 31

Danielle Kelley and Brian Burr were united in marriage in a double-ring ceremony at 2:30 p.m. July 31 at St. Nicholas Catholic Church in Kinsley. .

Parents of the couple are Michael and Deborah Donavan of Kinsley, Kevin and Chloe Kelley of Oklahoma, and Douglas and Janel Burr of Kinsley.

The bride was escorted down the aisle by her mother and father. She wore a strapless sweetheart neckline white satin and tulle asymmetrical pick-up gown with beaded metallic embroidered lace. The side draped skirt featured pick-up details on the front and continued down her chapel-length train. Her two-tiered past the shoulder length veil was edged with satin and accented with pearls. She wore her veil with a crystal and pearl tiara. The bride carried a cluster bouquet of roses, calla lilies and hydrangeas.

The maid of honor was Ashley Schmidt and bridesmaids were Danielle Fleske and Jamie Hageman. They wore dark purple full-length A-line strapless dresses and carried a bouquet that shadowed the bride?s bouquet. The flower girl was Ryleigh Seibel, niece of the bride.

The best man was Jeff Cramer. Groomsmen were Darrell Peterson and Brandon VanSickle, both brother-in-laws of the groom. Ring bearers were Treyton and Dakota Peterson, nephews of the groom.

Guests were ushered into the church by Chris Seibel and Jeremy Seibel, brothers of the bride; Stephen Scheider, cousin of the groom; and Dennis Schaller.

The guest book was attended by Allyson Love, aunt of the groom. Program attendants were Micheal Frazier and Austin Brake.

The candlelighters were Andrea and Tiffany Love, both cousins of the groom. The readings were read by the groom?s sisters, Suzanne Peterson, and Lindsey VanSickle. Organ music was provided by Galen Boehme and the vocalist was Sarah Hirsch. The rose petal attendant was Rylee Peterson, cousin of the groom.

After the ceremony, the couple and bridal party were escorted by limousine service to the VFW where a reception, dinner and dance was held. Tables were decorated with candle vases filled with wheat, corn and milo. The reception table was attended by Lindsey Skerl, sister-in-law of the bride, Amanda Bonewits, Kelsey Peterson, cousin of the groom, Rhonda Melia and Davean Cramer.

Gift table attendants were Amy Seibel, sister-in-law of the bride and Megan Brokaw.

Grandparents of the bride are Marvin and Elfrieda Funk of Hillsboro and Homer and Bonnie Pike of Oklahoma. The groom?s grandparents are Elred and Esther Burkhart of Hutchinson and the late Myron and Elizabeth Burr of Kinsley.

After a honeymoon trip to Jamaica, the couple resides on a farm north of Kinsley.

The groom is involved in farming and the bride is a registered nurse at Edwards County Hospital.
