Martinez, Woelk exchange vows
Cynthia A. Martinez and Jordan R. Woelk of Wichita were married Oct. 4.
The wedding took place at the Grand Chapel in Wichita with Kevin Goertzen officiating.
The bride is the daughter of Kenneth and Jennifer Martindale of Wichita, and the groom?s parents are Robert and Kathryn Woelk of Hillsboro.
The bride?s grandparents are Bob McCutcheon of Wichita, the late Betty McCutcheon, Adell Martindale of Wichita, the late Bill Martindale and Pedro and Lee Martinez of Arlington, Texas.
The groom?s grandparents are Charles and Mary Ann Woelk of Goessel, Norman and Leona Schroeder of rural Canton and the late Luetta Schroeder.
The maid of honor was Lisa Prilliman. The bride?s attendants were Anna Woelk and Natasha Creaseman.
The best man was William Haskin. Groomsmen were Vincent Wood and Jesse Goertzen.
Devon Creaseman served as the flower girl. Ushers were Kelly Martindale and Tim Martinez.
Amstutz, Le marry in Pasadena April 4
Sarah Amstutz and Diep Le, both of Alhambra, Calif., were married in a double-ring ceremony at 4 p.m., April 4, on the lawn of The Neighborhood Church, Pasadena, Calif., by the Honorable Leslie Swain, friend of the groom.
Parents of the couple are Jan and Deryll Amstutz from Hillsboro and Bich Le and Janet Vo from Seattle, Wash.
Maid of honor was Olga Karavaeva, friend of the bride. Best man was Donovan Le, brother of the groom.
Musicians were Bethany and Nathan Amstutz, sister and brother of the bride, and Tim Schrag, friend of the bride. The bride also sang a song to the groom.
Following the ceremony, a reception was held in the chapel of The Neighborhood Church.
The bride graduated from Goessel High School in 1998 and Goshen College in 2002.
The groom is a graduate of University of Washington and earned a master?s degree in public administration from National University.
He works for the Los Angeles Sheriff Department.
The couple honeymooned in Las Vegas and Hawaii.
