Sara Lynn Adrian and Nicholas Andres Unruh of Newton were married Aug. 9.
The wedding was held at Tabor Mennonite Church in rural Newton.
The bride is the daughter of Duane and Sharon Adrian of Butterfield, Minn.
Grandparents of the bride are Margaret Adrian and the late John Adrian of Butterfield and LeRoy and Alice Funk of Goessel.
The groom is the son of Paul and Christine Unruh of Hesston.
The groom?s grandparents are Eva Mae Andres and the late Harold Andres and Belva Unruh and the late Verney Unruh, all of Newton.
The maid of honor was Janna Duerksen, sister of the bride. Bridesmaids were Chelsea Vaught and Sara Schram, friends of the bride.
Best man was Zachary Unruh, brother of the groom. Groomsmen were Landon Unruh and Jamison Unruh, brothers of the groom.
A reception was held at the Bethel College Shultz Student Center.
The bride graduated from Butterfield-Odin High School and Bethel College. She is teaching vocal music part-time at St. Mary?s Catholic School and is a design assistant at Living Rooms by Gayle.
The groom graduated from Hillsboro High School, attended Bethel College, and graduated from New York Film Academy.
He works in Wichita at Integrated Media Group.
After the wedding the couple took a trip to Orlando, Fla. and now resides in Newton.
