Senior Scribbles (Week of Oct. 1, 2008)

Warm greetings from the Senior Center.

Please join us at 7 p.m. Monday, Oct. 6, for Game Night. The Tabor College women?s basketball team will also join us. Drinks will be provided, but please bring snacks to share.

Mary McFadden will be available for foot care starting at 9 a.m. Oct. 7. Call and make your appointment today.

Flu and pneumonia shots will be given from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Friday, Oct. 10 at the Senior Center.

THURSDAY, Oct. 2

Baked chicken, mashed potatoes, green beans, wheat bread, apricots.

FRIDAY, Oct. 3

Tuna noodle casserole, lettuce, dressing, wheat bread, strawberries and bananas.

MONDAY, Oct. 6

Salisbury steak, boiled potatoes, spinach, wheat bread, peaches with topping.

TUESDAY, Oct. 7

Chicken with dumplings, cole slaw, wheat bread, five-cup salad, cookie.

WEDNESDAY, Oct. 8

Liver and onions, baked potato, peas, wheat bread, pear cheese salad.
