Senior Scribbles (Week of April 9, 2008)

Greetings from the Hillsboro Senior Center. We hope you will ?hop? on into the Senior Center for lunch and fun.

For Thursday Theatre on April 10 we will show ?Amazing Grace.? The movie is 80 minutes long. Bring in baby pictures to display on Monday, April 14 for Baby Picture Day. Hearing checks will begin at 11:15 a.m. Wednesday, April 16 on a first come, first serve basis. Also on April 16 is a carry-in meal. Bring your own table settings and a main dish or dessert to share. After lunch, Bill Sontag from Hatfield Mobility will speak.

THURSDAY, April 10

Chicken, potato salad, coleslaw, wheat roll, pear cheese salad.

FRIDAY, April 11

Barbecue ribette, French fries, spinach, wheat bread, strawberry shortcake.

MONDAY, April 14

Lasagna, Italian blend, garlic bread, watergate salad.

TUESDAY, April 15

Roast beef, potatoes and gravy, baked squash, wheat bread, fresh fruit.

WEDNESDAY, April 16

Carry-in meal. Bring table settings and main dish or dessert to share.

Tuna noodle casserole, stewed tomatoes, wheat bread, blushing applesauce, pudding.

TUESDAY, April 15

Roast beef, mashed potatoes and gravy, baked squash, wheat bread, fresh fruit.

WEDNESDAY, April 16

Bingo.

Creamed chicken, lettuce and tomato with dressing, biscuits, fruit marshmallow.
