Jan. 6, Tampa State Bank vs. Adam B. Collett, et al., (Elissa Cordle), the bank was granted judgment against defendants and the real estate at 220 Garfield, Marion, in the amount of $36,521.40 as of July 2, 2014, and interest from and after said date on the principal sum of $35,595.49 along with the bank?s expenses of collection, including attorney fees, legal expenses and court costs in the amount of $5189.05 as of Dec. 19, 2014, and continuing expenses until paid. The court foreclosed the bank?s mortgage and determined the redemption period of the defendant owners should be no more than three months. The court then found that the property has been abandoned and is vacant and the period of redemption of the owners was extinguished.
