Nafziger serves with Service Adventure

ELKHART, Ind. (Mennonite Mission Network) Brooke Nafziger, of Canton, Kansas, began a one-year service term with the Service Adventure program in August, 2021. Nafziger will be living with other young adults in a unit house in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
A 2020 graduate of Goessel (Kansas) High School, Nafziger is the daughter of Susan and Brendon Nafziger, and is a member of Alexanderwohl Mennonite Church in Goessel, KS, part of Western District Conference.
Since 1989, Service Adventure has given young adults the opportunity to live in household community with peers, serve with local nonprofits, and form close connections with host churches and unit leaders throughout a 10-month term. Participants have volunteered in medical clinics, tutored children, worked with senior citizens, assisted in building homes and helped meet additional needs across North America.
Mennonite Mission Network serves the church by sharing Gods reconciling love in all its dimensions. We connect and support Mennonite congregations with local partners worldwide in ministries of holistic witness to Jesus Christ.
