Congratulations to the Marion High School January Student-Athlete Champions of Character, Kenna Wesner and Jack Lanning.
“Kenna is a student-athlete who shows great integrity in all she does. She is respectful to her teachers and coaches and has continued to work hard at becoming a leader for MHS and the Lady Warriors. She is committed to her team and being a young lady of high character. She values teamwork and pushing her team to be the best they can be,” said Athletic Director Jason Hett.
Hett added, “Jack is also a student-athlete who is of high character. He always puts the team’s success first and values each member of his team. Jack gives maximum effort and commitment in everything he does and pushes his teammates to do the same. He is respectful to his teachers and coaches. He has been a great leader this year for the Warriors and represents MHS well.”
