Susan Fast of Maize and Dan Harder of Newton, together with their parents, announce their engagement and approaching marriage.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Jake and Mary Jane Fast of Guymon, Okla. She graduated from Guymon High School and from Tabor College with a bachelor?s degree in accounting. She is employed at Koch Industries in Wichita.
Her fiance is the son of Richard and Glenda Harder of Whitewater. He graduated from Berean Academy and is a self-employed contractor.
The wedding is planned for July 14 at Parkview Mennonite Brethren Church in Hillsboro.

Whitney Nicole Snodgrass of Derby and Caleb Michael Good of Peabody, together with their parents, announce their engagement and approaching marriage.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Scott and Tracey Snodgrass of Derby and the granddaughter of Garth and Bev Snodgrass of Wichita and Ray and Gail Dobson of Hays.
She is a 2006 graduate of Derby High School and a 2006 graduate of Zenon International School of Hair Design. She is employed at Sportsclips in Maize.
Her fiance is the son of Chuck and Susan Good of Peabody and the grandson of Dave and Esther Stucky of Peabody.
He is a 2004 graduate of Peabody-Burns High School and will be a senior at Tabor College in Hillsboro.
The wedding is planned for July 28 at First Baptist Church in Derby.

Jessi Carlson and Paul Helmer, both of Marion, together with their parents, announce their engagement and approaching marriage.
The bride-elect is the daughter of Brad Carlson and Rhonda Carlson, both of Marion. She is a 2006 graduate of Marion High School and a 2007 graduate of Flint Hills Technical College in Emporia. She is a dental assistant in the office of Loren Loewen, D.D.S., Hillsboro.
Her fiance is the son of Darrel Helmer and the late Marsha Helmer of Marion. He graduated from Marion High School in 2005 and from North Central Kansas Technical College in Beloit in 2006. He is employed by Herington Heating and Air in Herington.
The couple plan to be married Sept. 8 in the Marion Christian Church.
