Hamm, Goldsby to wed Aug. 3?

HammGoldsbyEngagement.jpg Mr. and Mrs. James Hamm of Tampa announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Sara Nichole Hamm, to Tyler James Goldsby, son of Mr. and Mrs. Alan Goldsby of Hillsboro.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Gaylord and Valera Hamm of Durham and George and Evelyn Youngers of Garfield. She graduated in 2005 from Hillsboro High School and is a student at Kansas State University majoring in elementary education.

Her fiance is the grandson of Marion and Jennie Goldsby of Norton and Raymond and Ardith Scheetz of Clayton. He graduated in 2005 from Hillsboro and was stationed for the past two years at Fort Riley with the U.S. Army. He will attend Kansas State University this fall and major in criminology.

The wedding is planned for Aug. 3 at St. John Nepomucene Catholic Church in Pilsen.


Abrahams, Graber to wed July 21

AbrahamsGraberEngage.jpg Krista Abrahams of Goessel and Nathan Graber of Moundridge, together with their parents, announce their engagement and approaching marriage.

The bride-elect is the daughter of Russ and Barb Abrahams of Goessel. She graduated from Goessel High School and Bethel College in North Newton and is employed by Unified School District 373 in Newton.

Her fiance is the son of Ardath and Gail Graber of Moundridge. He graduated from Moundridge High School and Bethel College and is employed with Newton Fire and Emergency Medical Services.

The wedding is planned for July 21 at Tabor Mennonite Church in rural Newton.


Loewen, Kroeker to marry Aug. 11

LoewenKroeker Engage.jpg Harold and Darla Loewen of Carpenter, S.D., and Don and Sandy Kroeker of Henderson, Neb., announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their children, Lisa Loewen and Jeff Kroeker.

The bride-elect is a 2004 graduate of Tabor College and a graduate student in vocal performance at the University of Nebraska at Lincoln. She is the granddaughter of Mary Loewen of Hillsboro.

Her fiance is a certified welder in Enderland, N.D.

The wedding is planned for Aug. 11 in Henderson.
