Phelps, Goering to exchange vows
Larry and Connie Phelps of Abilene and Charles and Annora Goering of Marion announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their children, Hannah Phelps to David Goering of Hillsboro.
The bride-to-be is a 2002 graduate of Bethel Christian School in Abilene. She is self-employed designing and selling jewelry.
The groom-elect is a high school graduate of Berean Academy in Elbing, attended Grace College of the Bible in Omaha, Neb., and took a two-year course through Liberty Home Bible Institute. He is owner and operator of Goering Trucking and chaplain at Truckers Christian Chapel, Newell?s Truck Stop in Newton.
The couple plan a March 9 wedding.
