Kleiber, Hoefener plan wedding May 1

Jennifer Hoefener and Andrew Kleiber announce their engagement and approaching marriage May 1 in Rivera Maya, Mexico.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Mark and Debbie Hoefener of Omaha, Neb., and granddaughter of Arlene Hills and Lillian Hoefener.

She is a graduate of Millard High School in Omaha, University of Nebraska in Lincoln and is employed by United Cerebral Palsy of Omaha.

The groom-elect is the son of Mike and Carolyn Kleiber and grandson of Lorene Kleiber and Edie Ollenburger, all of Hillsboro.

He is a graduate of Hillsboro High School, Kansas State University, Manhattan and is employed by Nebraska Laser Eye Association, Omaha.

A wedding reception is planned May 22 in Omaha where the couple will also reside.


Swank, Richards plan to wed Oct. 2


Michelle Swank and Brad Richards, both of Hillsboro, announce their engagement and approaching marriage Oct. 2 at Historic Church of Tabor in Hillsboro.

Bobbi Strait of Marion is mother of the bride; Blair and Irene Yonker of Dumas, Texas, father and step-mother of the bride, and Lonn and Beverly Richards of Hillsboro, parents of the groom.

The bride-to-be is a student at Butler Community College and employed at Parkside Homes and Marion County EMS.

The groom-elect is employed with the Hillsboro Police Department.
