Catlin Doornbos and Daniele Melton (formerly Hillsboro), both of Wichita, announce their engagement.
Doornbos is currently employed by Celebrity Cruises. Her parent is Juanita Acosta.
Melton graduated from Hillsboro High School and is currently employed as a nanny to two wonderfully crazy elementary school sisters and their one-year-old GoldenDoodle puppy as well as bartending on the weekends for her favorite retired customers. Her parents are Dan and Michele Melton of Hillsboro.
The couple met while Doornbos was attending and running cross country at Southwestern College.
The wedding will be on Oct. 21 at Liquid Arts Winery in Manhattan.
