Helen Navrat, 82

Helen E. Navrat, 82, homemaker and former Marion Manor employee, died Jan. 22 at Bethesda Home in Goessel.

The funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday, Jan. 25 at Holy Family Parish, St. John Nepomucene Church in Pilsen. Burial will be at the Pilsen Cemetery.

A rosary will be held at 7 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 24 at Zeiner Funeral Home in Marion.

She was born April 13, 1925, to WIlliam and Hanna (Clark) Trostle in Council Grove. On May 1, 1943, she was married to Victor Navrat who predeceased her in 1987.

She is survived by a son, James and Carole Navrat of rural Lehigh; two daughters, Janice and James Blessing of Murphysboro, Ill., and Malinda Schmidt and fiance Billy Hawkins of Augusta; a sister, Una Taylor of Lake Jackson, Texas; six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

A memorial fund has been established with Holy Family Parish.
