Eleanor M. Urbanek, 91, former medical records technician, died March 15 at Salem Home in Hillsboro.
Funeral mass will be at 11 a.m. March 19 at Holy Family Parish, St. John Nepomucene Church, Pilsen. A rosary will be at 10:30 a.m. prior to the service. She will be buried at Pilsen Cemetery.
Visitation was from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. March 18 at Zeiner Funeral Home in Marion.
She was born Dec. 29, 1916, to Ignac and Mary (Sramek) Urbanek in Pilsen.
A memorial fund has been established with Fr. Kapaun Guild in care of the funeral home, P.O. Box 6, Marion, KS 66861.
