Doris Louis, 85

Doris Louis, 85, retired Federal civil servant, died Jan. 29 at Love and Care Adult Family Home in Mill Creek, Wash.

There will not be a formal funeral service. She will be buried with her husband, Lawrence G. Louis, at Tahoma National Cemetery in Covington, Wash.

A twin, she was born on Aug. 24, 1922, to Morgan and Mary Lewis in Marion.

She is survived by a daughter and son-in law, Gwen and Steven Kerber of Bothell, Wash.; a sister and brother-in law, Dorothy and Leo Scharenberg of Hillsboro; nieces and nephews; one grandchild and one great-grandchild.

A memorial fund has been established with Providence Hospice of Seattle Foundation, 425 Pontius Ave. N, Suite 300, Seattle, WA 98109.
