Glen D. Epp,

84, Hillsboro, died Sept. 23 at Hillsboro Community Hospital.

Services were Saturday, Sept. 26, at Cottonwood Valley Baptist Church, Hillsboro.

Jost Funeral Home, Hillsboro, was in charge of arrangements.

 

Lorene E. Holloway

?84, of Lehigh, an egg candler and housekeeper for a local motel until her retirement in 1990, died Wednesday, Sept. 23, at McPherson Care Center in McPherson.

Services were held Saturday, Sept. 26, at Grace Lutheran Church, 800 E. First St., with pastor Dale Dumperth officiating. Burial was at McPherson Cemetery.

She was born May 25, 1925, to Herbert and Bertha (Ollek) Weyand in Lehigh. On Feb. 16, 1946, she was married to LeRoy Holloway Sr., who predeceased her in 2005.

Survivors include son LeRoy Holloway Jr. of McPherson; daughter Janis Kay Kelley of Garfield; twin sister Lenora Martens of McPherson; brother Gerald Weyand of Norton and stepsister Gloria Wolf of Wichita.

Memorials may be made to Grace Lutheran Church or Hospice Care of Kansas and sent in care of Stockham Family Funeral Home, 205 N. Chestnut, McPherson, KS 67460.

 

Dean Jones

57, of Hills?boro died Monday, Sept. 28.

Services are pending with Jost Funeral Home, Hillsboro.

 

Eldon E. Schmidt

83, Hillsboro, died Thursday, Sept. 24, at Hillsboro.

The funeral was Monday, Sept. 28, at Parkview Mennonite Brethren Church, Hillsboro.

 

Justin Dean Unruh

Justin Dean Unruh was stillborn Sunday, Sept. 20, at Newton Medical Center in Newton.

Survivors include parents Emily (Unruh) Jones of Marion and Troy Jones Jr. of Bourbon, Mo.

Services were held Saturday, Sept. 26, at Marion Cemetery with pastor Josh Wesner officiating. Zeiner Funeral Home, Marion, was in charge of arrangements.
n Frances L. Voth, 81, of Goessel, died Sept. 26.

Services were held Wednesday, Sept. 30, at Tabor Mennonite Church, 891 N. Chisholm Trail, Newton.

Peterson Funeral Home, 215 N Main St., Newton.

 

Douglas Williams

40, of Marion, died Tuesday, Sept. 22, at his mother?s home in rural Marion.

Services were Sunday, Sept. 27, at Aulne United Methodist Church. Burial was in Marion Cemetery.
