? LELAND H. ?LEE? BERNHARDT, 68,

a farmer and stockman of Lost Springs, died Sept. 15 at the Herington Municipal Hospital.

Services were Sept. 19 at St. John?s Lutheran Church in Lincolnville. Burial was at Lincolnville Cemetery.

He was born April 8, 1943, to Ezra and Lucille Schick Bernhardt. On Nov. 11, 1974, he was married to Barbara Reiman, who survives.

Others survivors include his mother; children Casey and Sam Clark of Holly Springs, N.C., Jody Block of Sarcoxie, Mo., and Gary and Teresa Stuart of Abilene; siblings Max and Kathy Bernhardt of Jackson, Ga., Pat and Roger Turner of Salina and Judy and Steve Kill of Lincolnville and five grandchildren.

? ELMER GLEN KLASSEN, 82,

a publisher, died Sept. 19 in Wichita.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 22, at Jost Funeral Home, 401 S. Washington St., Hillsboro. Burial will be at Springfield Cemetery in rural Hillsboro. Visitation is from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Jost Funeral Home.

He was born July 2, 1929, to David S. and Ann (Friesen) Klassen of Hillsboro. On March 27, 1988, he was married to Leonore G. Friesen, who predeceased him in 2010.

Survivors include sisters Berniece Friend of Newton and Doris A. Shultz of Wichita.

? AGNES PETERS, 90,

died Sept. 13 at Salem Home in Hillsboro.

Services were Sept. 17 at Salem Chapel, 704 S. Ash St., Hillsboro, with pastor John Ratzlaff officiating. Burial was at Hillsboro Mennonite Brethren Church.

She was born March 2, 1921, to Johann and Gertrude (Epp) Peters in Ukraine, Russia. She was never married.

Survivors include a nephew Jacob Janzen of Tahlequah, Okla., and niece Annie Peterson of Gilbert, Ariz.

? MARJORIE RUTH UNRUH, 84,

a homemaker, of Galva, died Sept. 13 at Via Christi St. Francis Hospital in Wichita.

Services were Sept. 16 at Spring Valley Mennonite Church, 2896 Frontier Road, Canton. Burial was at Spring Valley Mennonite Church Cemetery..

She was born March 21, 1927, to Jonas and Katherine Holdeman Ratzloff in Harvey County. On Feb. 27, 1953, she was married to Albert J. Unruh, who predeceased her on May 29, 1994.

Survivors include son Rolan Unruh and daughter Marcia Unruh, both of rural Galva; two brothers, Thomas and Menford, both of Canton; two grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to either Spring Valley Mennonite Church or Gideons and sent in care of Miller-Ott Funeral Home, 303 E. Main St., Goessel, KS 67053, in charge of arrangements.
