? Bud Buller, 83,

maintenance engineer of Hillsboro, died Sept. 10 in Hillsboro.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 14, at Parkview Mennonite Brethren Church, 610 S. Main St., Hillsboro, with pastor Steve Schroeder officiating.

Burial will be at 10 a.m. Sept. 14 at Gnadenau Cemetery, two miles west of Hillsboro.

Visitation is from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday at Jost Funeral Home, 401 S. Washington St., Hillsboro.

He was born Aug. 4, 1927, to John A. and Anna (Grace) Buller in Newton. On Sept. 2, 1951, he was married to Gladys Friesen, who survives.

Other survivors include sons Brad and Sherri Buller, Mike Buller and John Buller, all of Hillsboro; brother Ralph Buller of Wichita Falls, Texas, and two grandchildren.

? Luella Mae Funk Gun?ther, 88,

of Reedley, Calif., died Aug. 24. Services were Aug. 31 at the Reedley Mennonite Brethren Church.

She was born April 16, 1922, to Herman and Sara (Eitzen) Funk near Buhler. She grew up in the Ebenfeld community and attended Tabor College.

On Dec. 27, 1944, she was married to Ernest Gunther, who predeceased her.

She is survived by daughter Cathy and Terry Oberg, son Galen Gunther, four grandchildren and four great-grandchild?ren, all of California.


? Margaret martha mastek jirak, 87,

died Sept. 6 at St. Luke Hospital in Marion.

Services were Sept. 10 at Holy Family Parish, Holy Redeemer Catholic Church, Tampa, and officiated by Fathers John Jirak and Hien Nguyen. Burial was at St. Mary?s Catholic Cemetery, rural Tampa.

She was born Feb. 22, 1923, to Vincent and Maria (Floch) Mastek near Tampa. On Nov. 20, 1940, she was married to Leo S. Jirak, who predeceased her in 1997.

Survivors include children Marie and Bill Davis of Yulee, Fla., Florence and Bob Rahn of Hillsboro, Francis and Mary Jirak of Tampa, Irene and Garry Horine of Silverthorne, Colo., Leonard and Linda Jirak of Hartford, Rita and Jesse Brunner of Tampa, Ann and Tom Collins of Williamsburg, Mike and Glenda of Glade, Ron and Rose Jirak of Tampa, Steve and Vickie Jirak of Ramona, Mark and Theresa Jirak of Atchison and Greg and Jackie Jirak of Oakley; sister Agnes Bina of Marion; 42 grandchildren; 43 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.

? Bradley jay olsen, 60,

a farmer and welder, died Sept. 7 at The Cedars in McPherson.

Services were held Sept. 11 at Valley United Methodist Church in Marion with pastor Faye Wagner officiating. Burial was at Marion Cemetery.

He was born Dec. 8, 1949, to John and Cleo (McFadden) Olsen in Hillsboro. On Nov. 6, 1982, he was married to Cheryl Pankratz, who survives.

Other survivors include daughter Cristy Newell of Oklahoma City, Okla.; siblings Barry G. Olsen of Ovideo, Fla., Bob Olsen of Camarillo, Calif., and Nancy Miller of Wichita and two grandchildren.

? craig wayne unruh, 39,

of Meade, died Sept. 7 in rural Osceola, Iowa, as the result of a motorcycle accident.

Services were Sept. 13, in the Meade High School auditorium with pastor Ken Harder officiating. Burial was at Emmanuel Mennonite Church Cemetery, rural Meade.

He was born May 27, 1971, to Richard ?Dick? and Carol (Loewen) Unruh at Wasco, Calif. On Jan. 1, 1994, he was married to Charla Regier, who survives.

Other survivors include children Jonathan Unruh and Kiana Unruh of Meade; his parents; brothers Bryce Unruh of Erie, Colo., and Kory Unruh of Fairview, Okla.; mother and father-in-law Charles and Carol Regier of Corn, Okla., and brother-in-law Chris Regier of Enid, Okla.

teacher and homemaker, died Sept. 11.

Services will be at 3 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 18, at the Aulne United Methodist Church, 140th and Pawnee, rural Marion. Burial will be at Marion Cemetery.

Visitation is from 1 p.m. until service time Sept. 11 at the church.

She was born June 2, 1912, to John and Rena (Conyers) Hett, near Marion. In 1938, she was married to Herman Unruh, who predeceased her.

Survivors include sister Ellen Darrow; brothers Jim Hett and John D. Hett, both of Marion; son Dale and Phyllis Unruh of Peoria, Ill.; daughter Donna and Clint Hoberecht of Woodinville, Wash.; son Keith and Betty Unruh of Wichita; eight grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.

? ronald l. widler, 78,

retired Marion business owner, died Sept. 8 at his home.

Services were Sept. 11 at Zeiner Funeral Home with pastor Phil Smith officiating. Burial was at Marion Cemetery.

He was born Sept. 9, 1931, to Kenneth and Margaret Bashor Widler, at Burns. On July 23, 1950, he was married to Dorothy Wade, who survives.

Other survivors include son Steven and Vanessa of Washington, Iowa; daughter Jeannie and Brad Wilden of Marion; sisters Norma Widler of Marion and Arlene Wilbur of El Dorado; six grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
