a retired bookkeeper formerly of Canton, died Oct. 18, at Pinnacle Park Nursing Home in Salina.
Services were Oct. 22 at Olson?s Mortuary, Canton, with Pastor Becky Reed officiating. Burial was at Canton Township Cemetery.
She was born Feb. 1, 1918, to Denver and Agnes Emerson in Oklahoma City, Okla. On Aug. 15, 1941, she was married to Samuel A. Bolin, who predeceased her Jan. 20, 2000.
Survivors include a daughter-in-law Nancy R. (Hurtig) Bolin of McCook, Neb.; brother-in-law Roy O. and Frances Bolin of Gentry, Ark.; sister-in-law Martha Margaret Hunt of San Bernardino, Calif., and one grandson.

a retired farmer of Hillsboro, died Oct. 20.
A memorial service was Oct. 22 at the First Mennonite Church, 102 S. Ash St., Hillsboro.
A private burial was at Hillsboro Mennonite Brethren Cemetery.
He was born May 25, 1915, to Gerhard and Helena (Hiebert) Peters near Lehigh. On May 25, 1943, he was married to Marjorie Ruth Klassen, who predeceased him in 1996.
Survivors include children Michael and Sharon, Tom and Carole, Van and Linda, and Dana; six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren and special friend Norma Ruff.
Memorials may be made to Hillsboro Evening Lions Club, the Marjorie Peters Memorial Nursing Scholarship at Bethel College or the Marion County Food Bank and sent in care of Jost Funeral Home, 401 S. Washington, Hillsboro, KS 67063.

The service was Oct. 21 at the Hillsboro Mennonite Brethren Church with pastor Loyal Martin officiating. Burial was at Hillsboro Men?no?nite Brethren Cemetery.
She was born June 9, 1927, to Peter D. and Maria Ens Willems at Corn, Okla.
She is survived by a sister, Martha Willems of Hillsboro.
