of Overland Park, died Oct. 31.

He was born Aug. 2, 1957, to Arnold and Rita Baker in Dubuque, Iowa. He was married to Kathryn Bowring.

Survivors include son Kristoffer and Stacy Baker; step- daughters Whitney Washmon Darcy and Debra Flores and William McCauley; seven grandchildren; sister Andrea and Steve Bucini; two nieces and three grandnephews.

did voluntary service with MCC and was a retired farmer and beekeeper, died Oct. 27 at Good Samaritan Center, Centerville, S.D.

Services were at 11 a.m. Nov. 2 at Salem Mennonite Church, Freeman, S.D. Burial was at Salem Mennonite Church Cemetery.

He was born Aug. 28, 1928, to William P. and Lillian (Bartel) Brandt at Goessel. On Jan. 29, 1955, he was married to Anny Neufeld, who survives.

Other survivors include sons Bruce and Melody of Littleton, Colo., Merle and Gena of Yankton, S.D., and Sidney and Mary of Tabor, S.D.; sisters Orletta Wiebe, Pearl and John McConnell, Darlene and Lewis Haney and Joyce Barkman; brothers Raymond and Rosie and John and Donita; and seven grandchildren.

died Oct. 27 in Marion.

The service was at 10:30 a.m. Nov. 1 at Valley United Methodist Church, 300 Santa Fe St., Marion. Burial was at Marion Cemetery, Marion.

She was born Oct. 23, 1907, to William Leslie and Susan Jane Clapsadle Hammer near Lincolnville. On June 29, 1929, she was married to Herbert L. ?Herb? Bredemeier, who predeceased her in 2003.

Survivors include children Dick and Evelyn Bredemeier of Marion and Laura Bredemeier of Petaluma, Calif.; three grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to Valley United Methodist Church, Marion.

? inez winifred evans, 91,

a registered nurse of Canton, died Oct. 29 at Smoky Hill Rehabilitation Center in Salina.

The service was at 11 a.m. Nov. 2 at First Baptist Church, 4 McPherson, Canton. Burial was at Canton Township?Cemetery.

She was born Feb. 27, 1921, to Harvey D. and Emmaretta (Rankin) McMickell in Antonino, Ellis County. On April 18, 1943, she was married to Earl D. Evans, who predeceased her April 8, 1984.

Survivors include sons Duane O. and Doreen of Yates Center and Douglas L. and Debbie of Canton; daughter Deloris and Bill Farthing of Hays; two grandchildren; 13 step-grandchildren; 25 step-great-grandchildren; six great-great grandchildren and two step-great-great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to First Baptist Church or the Canton American Legion Auxiliary and sent in care of Olson?s Mortuary, P.O. Box 355, Canton, KS 67428, in charge of arrangements.

? KONLEY LOWELL HARDING, 21,

of Manhattan, formerly of Burdick, died Sunday, Oct. 28.

The funeral was at 1 p.m., Friday, Nov. 2, in the Herington Community Building, 810 S. Broadway.

He was born July 21, 1991, in Emporia, to Kelsey Leon and Lois Irene (Miser) Harding. He was a 2009 graduate of Centre High School and was attending Manhattan Technical College.

Preceded in death by his mother, he is survived by his parents, Kelsey and Candace; two brothers, Kordell of Hering?ton and Kendall of the home; grandmother Sue Harding of Thayer; girlfriend Kaite Benoit; uncles, aunts and friends.

an office manager and homemaker, died Oct. 14 at her Sierra View Homes residence in Reedley, Calif.

She was born April 25, 1924, to Andrew and Mollie (Steinert) Heinze in Hillsboro. On Dec. 29, 1946, she was married to She Ervin John Warkentin, who predeceased her.

Survivors include sons Don and Janet of Dinuba, Calif., John and Geri and Tim and Janet, all of Reedley; brother Robert and Vivian Heinze of Visalia, Calif.; sister Norma Goetz of Puyallup, Wash.; nine grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
