of Carrollton, Mo., died Oct. 30 at Life Care Center of Carrollton.

Services were Nov. 2 at Bittiker Funeral Home with Ken Randolph officiating. A graveside service is at 2 p.m. Nov. 3 at Marion Cemetery in Marion.

She was born March 2, 1918, to Amous and Lula (Wisdom) Bogart in Marion. On March 10, 1935, she was married to Floyd Bredemeier, who predeceased her.

Survivors include daughters Nova and Merle Bruner and Beverly and Robert Jirak, all of Marion, and Roberta Warren of Carrollton; seven grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren, and five great-great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to Life Care Center of Carrollton in her name and sent in care of Bittiker Funeral Home, 1201 N. 65 Highway, Carrollton, Mo. 64633.

? rudolph herbert (rudy) schmidt, 87, a farmer and dairyman, died Oct. 27 at his home in Goessel.

Services were Oct. 30 at Tabor Mennonite Church, rural Goessel with pastor Corey Miller officiating. Cremation followed the service.

He was born April 23, 1923, to Jacob U. and Mary G. Hiebert Schmidt in Marion County. On Jan. 2, 1944, he was married to Luella R. Funk, who predeceased him in December 1984. On Nov. 25, 1994, he was married to Nola K. Yeackley Kremer, who survives.

Other survivors include son Jim and Diana Schmidt of Goessel; daughters Kathy Schmidt of Goessel and Mary and Todd Ulsaker of McPherson; step-son, Jerry and Marcy Kremer of Seward, Neb.; daughter-in-law Jo-Ann Schmidt of Newton; sister, Frieda and Orie Voth of Goessel; sister-in-law Susie Schmidt of Goessel; eight grandchildren; five step-grandchildren; four great-grandchildren and seven step-grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to Bethesda Home or Mennonite Central Committee and sent in care of Miller-Ott Funeral Home, 303 E. Main, Goessel, KS 67053.

? ELI SUDERMAN, 94,

retired farmer from Hillsboro, died Monday, Nov. 1, at Parkside Homes in Hillsboro.

The service is planned for 3 p.m. Thursday at Ebenfeld Mennonite Brethren Church, rural Hillsboro, with pastor Gaylord Goertzen presiding. Visitation will be from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Jost Funeral Home.

He was born Aug. 9, 1916, to G.W. and Anna (Loewen) Suder?man in rural Hillsboro. On May 25, 1942, he was married to Edna Koop, who predeceased him.

He is survived by two sons, Donald and wife June of Hillsboro, and Lyle and wife Julie of Olathe; two daughters, Carla and husband Ken Koslowsky, and Krista and husband Steven Bryant of Concor?dia; a sister, Irene Seibel of Hillsboro; seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
