formerly of Wichita, died Nov. 13 in Texas.

Burial was Nov. 15 in Hutchinson. A family memorial service is pending.

She is survived by sisters Jane Lipke of Kansas, Ruth and Kenneth Winter of Hillsboro; brother Kenneth J. and Gerry Bean of Wichita and great nieces and nephews.

? Don Mickels, 79,

died Nov. 8 in Hesston.

Services were Nov. 12 at Parkview Mennonite Brethren Church, 610 S. Main St., Hillsboro with pastor Steve Schroeder and Roy Keller officiating. A second service was Nov. 13 in Madrid, Neb. Burial was in Madrid.

He was born Jan. 24, 1931, to Ray J. and Nettie (Clark) Mickels in Madrid. On March 25, 1951, he was married to Jackie (Wiebe) Mickels, who survives.

Other survivors include daughter Bonnie Mickels of Hesston, Kim and Dave Kroeker of Hillsboro, Penni and Steve Schroeder of Hillsboro and Leslie and Tim Brown of Kearney, Neb.; 15 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

? frieda wall, 88,

retired bookstore manager, died Nov. 5 at Parkside Homes in Hillsboro.

Services were Monday at Hillsboro Mennonite Brethren Church, 300 Prairie Pointe, Hillsboro, with pastor Loyal Martin officiating. Burial was at French Creek Cemetery in rural Hillsboro.

She was born Dec. 23, 1921, to Emil F. and Martha (Duerksen) Bartel in Hillsboro. On May 16, 1944, she was married to Elmer Wall, who predeceased her in 2006.

Survivors include son Robert and Joyce Wall of rural Hills?boro; daughter Sandra and John B. Garrard of Antelope; daughter-in-law JoAnn Wall of Hills?boro; seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to the Richard Wall Scholarship Fund at Tabor College and sent in care of Jost Funeral Home, 401 S. Washington St., Hillsboro, KS 67063-1727.
