? Emerson J. Pankratz, 92,

owner of Inman Propane for 32 years, died Nov. 9 at Pleasant View Home in Inman.

The graveside service will be at 9:30 a.m., Wednesday, Nov. 13, at Buhler Municipal Cemetery in Buhler.

A memorial service will follow at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 13 at Zoar Mennonite Brethren Church, 400 S. Walnut, Inman, with pastor Dwight Carter officiating.

He was born March 8, 1921, to John and Eva Ediger Pankratz in McPherson County. On Feb. 28, 1943, he was married to Linda Regehr at Inman, who predeceased him Dec. 25, 1991.

On Dec. 30, 1993, he was married to Lilly Ann Thiessen, who predeceased him Sept. 8.

Survivors include brother Franklin Pankratz of Buhler; sister JoAnn Snyder of Fresno, Calif., and numerous nephews and nieces.

Memorials may be made to Tabor College or Mennonite Central Committee in care of Buhler Mortuary, 120 N. Main, Buhler, KS 67522.

? Herbert R. Wiebe, 84,

of Elbing, a retired farmer, died Nov. 10 at Wheat State Manor in Whitewater.

The service will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 13, at Emmaus Mennonite Church, 9070 NW Meadowlark Road, Whitewater.

Burial will precede the service at 9:30 a.m. at Pleasant View Cemetery in Elbing.

He was born March 20, 1929, to Henry and Maria (Epp) Wiebe in Newton. On Oct. 20, 1951, he was married to Delilah Rudiger, who survives.

Other survivors include sons Larry of Potwin and Randall and Raeanne and Keith and Dianne, all of Peabody; daughters Renee and Stephen Taylor of El Dorado and Rhonda and Bob Prieb of Hesston; sister Frances Wiebe of Whitewater; 10 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Memorials may be made to Good Shepherd Hospice or the Emmaus Mennonite Church Relief Fund and sent in care of Lamb Funeral Home, 120 S. Main, Whitewater, KS 67154.

? Joy Kathrine (Kirby) Wildin, 74,

a massage therapist, clerical worker, semi-truck driver and a Village Tours bus driver, died Nov. 7 in Marion.

The service was Nov. 12, at the Good News Christian Fellowship, 310 S. Coble St., Marion.

She was born to James Everett and Grace Marie (Cupp) Kirby in Colt, Ark.

Survivors include children Kathlynn (Rafael) Noriega, David (Marla) Shiplet and Melissa ?Lisa,? (Bill) Anderson, all of Marion, Blythe (Mark) Roberts of Towanda, Brad (Jeannie) Wildin of Marion and Derek Wildin and Ted (Cindy) Wildin of Littleton, Colo.; brother Kenny Ray Kirby of Osage, Okla.; 19 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.

Baker Funeral Home, Valley Center, was in charge of arrangements.
