Daryl Friesen

 

Daryl Lee Friesen, 44, of Newton, died Thursday, March 12, in Wichita.

Services and burial will be at 3 p.m. Saturday, March 14, at Gnadenau Cemetery, one mile south of Hillsboro, with pastor Steve Schroeder officiating.

He was born Aug. 29, 1964, to Orley John and Karen Lavalle (Garrison) Friesen in Dallas Ore.

Survivors include his father of Mesa, Ariz.; brother Jon Marvin Friesen of Herington and sisters Juanita Harrison of Hillsboro and Kimberly Wilson of Phoenix, Ariz.

Memorials may be made to Muscular Dystrophy Association and sent in care of Jost Funeral Home, 401 S. Washington St., Hillsboro, KS 67063.

David Kilpatrick

 

David Harold Kilpatrick, 25, a student studying electrical engineering at DeVry Institute, died Monday, March 2, of undetermined natural causes in Belton, Mo.

Services were held Friday, March 6, at Rock Brook Church, Belton, with pastor Kelly Walter officiating.

He was born June 12, 1983, to Lavella Seibel Kilpatrick and Paul Kilpatrick in Gwinnet County, Ga. On March 4, 2007, he was married to Kelly Porter, who survives.

Other survivors include his grandmothers, Abbe Jean Kilpatrick of Buford, Ga., and Irene Seibel of Hillsboro and many uncles, aunts, cousins and friends.

Memorials may be made to Kilpatrick Memorial Children?s Education Fund at Hawthorne Bank, 8127 East 171st St., Belton, MO 64012.
