business owner, died Tuesday, June 29, at Salem Home in Hillsboro.
The service will be at 5 p.m. Tuesday, July 6, at the Marion Cemetery. In case of rain, services will be at Marion Presbyterian Church. No visitation will take place because he was cremated.
He was born Aug. 27, 1927, to Leo and Ruth (O?Brien) Brose of Marion. On Feb. 20, 1950, he was married to Ella Reinke, who predeceased him.
Survivors include daughters Laura and Roger Williams of Florence, and Lisa and Bart Brittian of Wichita; siblings John of Herington, Michelle and Jeaneen of Colorado Springs, Colo.; and three grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the Marion City Library or the St. Luke Foundation and sent in care of Zeiner Funeral Home, 205 Elm St., Marion, KS 66861.

Services were held July 3 at Kevin Brennan Family Funeral Home, 2801 SW Urish Rd., Topeka.
She was born July 30, 1968, to Ken and Donna (Brower) Novak of Marion.
Survivors include twin sons, Tanner and Tyler Anderson; parents; brother Scott and Faith Novak; grandmother; ex-husband Rob and Tina Anderson; and nieces, aunts, uncles and cousins.
