? Henry ?Hank? shockley, 63,

of Marion, a law enforcement officer, died July 8 at Marion County Park and Lake.

A graveside service was July 14 at Prairie Lawn Cemetery in Peabody.

He was born Feb. 2, 1949, to Burley R. and Leona F. (Gaede) Shockley in Lanagan, Mo. On May 13, 1972, he was married to Kathryn Beaver, who survives.

Other survivors include son Travis and Jessica Shockley of Manhattan; aunts Imogene (Gaede) Britton of Waverly, Sharon (Gaede) Pickens of Peabody and Madeline (Shockley) Armstrong of Wagner, Okla.; uncle Paul Gaede of Alameda, Calif., and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Memorials may be made to the Avenue of Flags and sent in care of Baker Funeral Home, 114 N. Sycamore St., Peabody, KS 66866, also in charge of arrangements.
