Del Leon Glick

61, of Florence and an auto mechanic, died Monday, Feb. 15, at Hillsboro Community Medical Center.

Services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 20, at Florence Christian Church, 334 W. Sixth St., with Peter Banning officiating.

He was born Dec. 10, 1948, to Delmar and Bertha (Conway) Glick in Wellington. On June 10, 1972, he was married to Karen Glick, who survives.

Other survivors include stepson Stewart of Silverdale, Wash.; daughter Heather Ann Wedd of Wichita; daughter-in-law Chandra Glick of Norwood, Mo.; brother Mike Glick and sister Kelly Miller, both of Wellington, and 10 grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to the Del Glick Memorial Fund and sent in care of Baker Funeral Home, 114 N. Sycamore St., Peabody, KS 66866.

Baker Funeral Home was in charge of all arrangements.

Harold Just

83, of Hills?boro, a farmer, died Thursday, Feb. 18, at Memorial Home in Moundridge.

Services were Monday, Feb. 22, at Hillsboro Mennonite Brethren Church, 300 S. Prairie Point, with pastor Dave Plett officiating. Burial was at Hillsboro Mennonite Brethren Cemetery.

He was born Dec. 12, 1926, to Fred F. and Susie (Wedel) Just, in Boyd, Okla. On Aug. 10, 1955, he was married to Mary L. Goentzel, who predeceased him.

Survivors include sons Dennis and Sara Just of Mound?ridge and Leroy and Jill Just of Hillsboro; daughters Shirley Just of Denver, Colo., and Dorothy Deckert of Wichita; sisters Lillian and Andy Harms of Moundridge and Rubena Harms-Newland of Las Animas, Colo.; nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to Hillsboro Mennonite Brethren Church and sent in care of Jost Funeral Home, 401 S. Washing?ton, Hillsboro, KS 67063.

Betty J. Slusser

84, of Marion, a homemaker, died Thursday, Feb. 18, at Meadowlark Care Home in Wichita.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 25, at Eastmoor United Methodist Church, 105 Eastmoor Drive, Marion, with pastor Michael Eurit officiating. Burial will be in the Marion Cemetery. Visitation is Wednesday, Feb. 24, from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. with the family present from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. at Zeiner Funeral Home, 205 Elm St., Marion.

She was born July 22, 1925, to Fred and Lena (Gruner) Knack?stedt, in Windom. On Dec. 8, 1946, she was married to Alden L. Slusser, who survives.

She was a pianist and active member of Eastmoor United Methodist Church.

Other survivors include son Wally and Billie “Elle” Slusser of Topeka; daughter Pam and Harry Kassner of Wichita; two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
