? ETHEL BARTEL, 79,

farm wife and custodian of Hillsboro, died Feb. 14 at Wichita.

Services were Feb. 18 at Hillsboro Mennonite Brethren Church, 300 Prairie Pointe, with pastor Loyal Martin officiating. Burial was at Hillsboro Mennonite Brethren Cemetery.

? Elaine Leppke, 85,

retired housekeeper at Salem Home in Hillsboro, died Feb. 13 at Parkside Homes in Hillsboro.

Services were Feb. 17 at Ebenfeld Men?nonite Brethren Church, rural Hillsboro, with pastors Gaylord Goertzen and Jay Pankratz officiating. Burial was at Ebenfeld Cemetery.

She was born Aug. 28, 1926, to Gus and Josephine (Winter) Lie?belt at Harvey N.D.

Survivors include son Craig and Carol Leppke of rural Hillsboro; daughter Carlotta and Jay Pankratz of San Bernadino, Calif.; brother Merle Liebelt of Modesto, Calif.; three grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

? ALBINA BARBARA LIBAL, 98,

retired nurse?s aide, died Feb. 19 at the St. Luke Living Center in Marion.

Services were Feb. 21 at Holy Family Parish, St. Mark?s Church, 415 N. Cedar St., Marion. Burial was at Marion Cemetery.

She was born Feb. 19, 1914, to Anton and Anna Urbanek Libal at Pilsen.

Survivors include a niece, Carmel Samples of Marion, and a great niece and two great nephews.

Memorials may be made in her name and sent in care of Zeiner Funeral Home, 205 Elm St., Marion, KS 66861.

? Lois Lohrenz, 82,

public school teacher, died Feb. 14 in Hillsboro.

Services were Feb. 18 at Ebenfeld Mennonite Brethren Church, 1498 Kanza Road, Hillsboro, with pastor Gaylord Goertzen officiating.

She was born Dec. 13, 1929, to Herbert and Sarah (Klein) Hanne?man in rural Peabody. On Aug. 9, 1955, she was married to Rufus Lohrenz, who survives.

She also is survived by daughters Gail and Lawrence Kliewer of rural Hillsboro, Gwen Brown of Bethany, Okla., Tammy and Terrel Friesen of Arling?ton, Texas, and Dawn and Rex Friesen of Udall; son Tim and Colleen Lohrenz of Hot Springs, Ark.; and 19 grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to the Mennonite Brethren Missions and sent in care of Jost Funeral Home, 401 S. Washington St., Hillsboro, KS 67063.

? ELAINE L. STOLTENBERG, 70,

a secretary of Marion, died Feb. 15 in Sedgwick County.

Services will be at 11 a.m. March 1 at Our Saviour Lutheran Church, 320 S. Cedar St., Marion, with pastor Brett Huebner officiating.

She was born July 4, 1941, to Walter and Edna (Yauk) Winter at Goessel. On Dec. 31, 1960, she was married to William Stoltenberg, who survives.

Other survivors include daughter Cheryl and Jay Christensen of Marion and two grandchildren.
