Harry Jacob Dies

73, of Lehigh, died Tuesday, Nov. 24, at his home.

Services were held Saturday, Nov. 28, at First United Methodist Church, 1200 E. Kansas Ave., McPherson.

Glidden-Ediger Chapel, 222 W. Euclid, McPherson, KS 67460, is also charge of arrangements.

Nettie Elizabeth Macklin

84, died Monday, Nov. 30, at The Cedars in McPherson.

Services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 3, at the Canton United Methodist Church, 106 N. Fifth St. Burial will be in Canton Township Cemetery.

Visitation is from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Olson?s Mortuary, 139 N. Main, Canton, KS 67428, also in charge of arrangements.

Edith A. Pugh

85, formerly of Wichita, died Nov. 22, at St. Luke Hospital in Marion. She was a retired sales associate for Sears.

She was born Jan. 1, 1924, to Vernie and Viola (Crouch) Ralston in Burlington. In November 1943, she was married to Leslie Wayne Pugh.

She was a member of Marion Christian Church; the Queen Bess Chapter 56, Order of Eastern Star; American Legion Auxiliary Post 401; St. Luke Hospital Auxiliary and the Christian Women’s Fellowship.

Services were Wednesday, Nov. 25, at Marion Christian Church with pastor Carl Helm officiating. Burial was at the Quincy Cemetery, Quincy.

Survivors include daughters Linda and Bub Lovelady and Lala Lovelady, all of Marion; three grandchildren, Kristi Russell, Gary Carpenter and Joe Lovelady; 11 great-grandchildren; and her friend Otis Chandler.

Memorials may be made to Hospice Care of Kansas, Marion Christian Church or Holy Family Parish and sent in care of Zeiner Funeral Home, 205 Elm St., Marion, KS 66861-1523.

Kathryn M. Schroeder

102, of Hillsboro, died Tuesday, Nov. 24, at Parkside Nursing Home.

Services were held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 28, at Buhler Municipal Cemetery. A memorial service followed at 11 a.m. at the Buhler Mennonite Brethren Church. Buhler Mortuary, 120 N. Main St., Buhler, KS 67522, was in charge of arrangements.
