&#9724 Micheal Wayne Morgan, 70, died September 17, 2019 at St. Luke Living Center in Marion.

A Celebration of Life Service will be at 10 a.m. on Thursday, September 26, 2019, at Burns Cornerstone Bible Church in Burns officiated by Pastor Jim Herzlet.

The Burial will be in Wonsevu Cemetery after the service on Thursday.

He was born December 14, 1948, to Ivan and Margaret (Bishoff) Morgan in Wichita. He married Beverly Martin February 15, 1969, at Cottonwood Falls.

Survivors include wife, Bev Morgan of Marion; sons, Max (Paula) Morgan of Ramona, Brad (Tonja) Morgan of Cedar Point; brothers, Larry Morgan of Hesston, Rich Morgan of Moundridge, Rodney Morgan of Burns; 4 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.

&#9724 Leonard H. Goering, 88, died on September 13, 2019 at Presbyterian Manor in Newton.

A memorial service was scheduled for 11 a.m. on Friday September 20, 2019, at Faith Mennonite Church in Newton.

A public visitation was held from 5-9 p.m. on Thursday, September 19, 2019 at Petersen Funeral Home.

The family greeted friends and family from 6-7 p.m. at the visitation.

A graveside service was held at 6:30 p.m. on Friday Sept 20, 2019, at Restlawn Cemetery.

Len Goering was born on December 19, 1930 in Moundridge, Kansas to John and Jessie (Schrag) Goering. He was one of sixteen children.

Len met his wife Delores Schroeder and they married in September of 1955.

He is survived by his wife Delores Goering; children Mark (Alice) Goering, Russell (Julie) Goering, Tim (Cheri) Goering, and Lori Tortorice; brothers John (Orletta) and Harry (Rosie) Goering; sisters Joan (Tony) Epp; eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
