◼ Phyllis Litke, 88, died April 25, 2019, at Bethesda Home in Goessel.

Celebration of Life Service at 10:30 a.m. on May 7, 2019, at Ebenfeld M.B. Church Rural Hillsboro.

The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. on May 6, 2019 at Jost Funeral Home in Hillsboro.

She was born September 24, 1930, in Hillsboro to Jacob B. and Agnes (Thiessen) Wiens. She married Virgil Litke on June 15, 1948, at Ebenfeld M.B. Church rural Hillsboro.

Survivors include: sons, Glenn (Sheila) Litke of Rural Hillsboro, Sid (Priscilla) Litke of Port Washington, Wisconsin; daughter, Brenda Jordan of Rural Marion; brother, Eldon (LaVonne) Wiens of Rural Hillsboro; 9 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.

◼ Dorothea Kliewer, 90, died Wednesday, April 24, 2019, at Corn Heritage Village of Weatherford.

Dorothea Kliewer was born June 20, 1928, in Hillsboro, Kansas to David and Susie (Block) Kasper. On May 28, 1954, she married Dannie Kliewer in Hillsboro, Kansas.

Dorothea is survived by her husband of sixty-four years, Dannie Kliewer of their home in Weatherford; two sons, Terry Kliewer and wife, Nining of Las Vegas, Nevada and Ramon Kliewer and wife, Kris of Corn, Oklahoma; one daughter, Susan Shantz and husband Tim of Hydro, Oklahoma, one sister, Rosella Suderman of Hillsboro, Kansas; seven grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren.
