Mary Baltzer, 87,
of Hillsboro, died March 26, at Parkside Home in Hillsboro.
She was born Aug. 1, 1926, to Dietrich and Grace (Crist) Eitzen at Hillsboro. On Oct. 30, 1947, she was married to Jona Baltzer, who survives.
Other survivors include son Doug and Shirley Baltzer of rural Lehigh; daughter Carol and Dwayne Janzen of Enid, Okla.; sister Edith Penner of rural Hillsboro; five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
The service was March 31 at Hillsboro Mennonite Brethren Church with pastor Loyal Martin officiating.

of Hillsboro, died March 25.
The funeral was March 31 at Marquette United Methodist Church.
He was born Sept. 22, 1964, to Jim and Julia (Puckett) Jennings at Lindsborg. On April 12, 2002, he was married to Pamela Sue Shaffer, who survives.
Other survivors include son Ronnie of Hillsboro; his mother of Grove, Okla.; brother Jon Jennings of Marquette, and sister Joyce and spouse J.W. Hayden of Bismarck, N.D.

Kathy (Bandy) Michalak, 60,
of Harlan, Iowa, and formerly of the Canton-Galva area, died March 28 at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha.
The service will be at 2 p.m. Friday, April 4, at the Galva Christian Church in Galva. A private burial is planned.
Visitation is from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Thursday, April 3, at Olson?s Mortuary in Canton.
She was born Sept. 12, 1953, to Bill and Wilma (Creech) Mitchell at Wichita. On Oct. 15, 2008, she was married to Greg Michalak, who survives.
Other survivors include her mother; daughter Rianna Bandy of Canton; stepdaughters Amber and Angelo Maiani and Crystal Michalak, all of Michigan, and Shelby and Corey Kenney of Manhattan; sisters Sue and Mark Hoppes and Kris and Brent Moddel?mog, all of Galva and Sherry and Randy Jones of Canton and four grandchildren.

Betty Norman, 83,
of Hillsboro, died March 28 at Parkside Home in Hillsboro.
The service will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday, April 2, at Jost Funeral in Hillsboro.
She was born Sept. 21, 1930, to Harry and Edna (Foth) Gossen at Hillsboro. On April 15, 1966, she was married to Walter Norman, who survives.
Other survivors include son Rahn Carlson of St. Paul, Minn.; daughter Dana and Thom Hamilton of Wichita; stepdaughters, Ruth and Paul Stevens of Chapel Hill, N.C., and Betty and Mark Pack of Atlanta, Ga., and six grandchildren.

died March 27 at Bethesda Nursing Home in Goessel.
The service will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday, April 2, at Tabor Mennonite Church in rural Newton with pastors Galen Markley and Rosie Jantz officiating.
Burial is at Tabor Men?nonite Cemetery.
She was born Feb. 19, 1925, in rural Newton to Abraham and Elizabeth (Schmidt) Schmidt. On Oct. 28, 1946, she was married to LeRoy Ratzlaff, who survives.
Other survivors include son Sidney and wife Bonnie Ratzlaff of rural Newton; daughters Stephanie and husband David Harvey of Martinsburg, W.V., Francine and husband Ron Duerksen of Lehigh and Madelyn and husband Rolland Lytle of Medicine Lodge; nine grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; sister Emma Reimer of Loveland, Colo.; brother-in-law Ernest Koehn and sister-in-law Cora Schmidt.
