The service will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 14 at St. John Nepomucene Church, Pilsen. A graveside service is at 3 p.m. Wednesday at St. John?s Cemetery, Beloit.
He was born Sept. 26, 1939, to Gerald R. and Loretta V. (Grennan) Cady near Scottsville. On May 31, 1959, he was married to Donna Willett, who predeceased him Sept. 19, 1992. On Aug. 5, 1995, he was married to Enid (Thiessen) Jost, who survives.
Other survivors include children Laurie and husband Pat Holub of Marion, Jeff and wife Theresa Cady of Bennington; Brian and wife Miki Cady of Derby and Brad Cady of Marion; step-children Chris Jost (Debra Martin) of Penrose, Colo., Carla and husband Jamey Longmeyer of Longmont, Colo.; and Carey and wife Lorri Jost of Haysville; six siblings; 16 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

He was born Jan. 22, 1936, to Carl and Gladys Davis Carlson in rural Clay County. On June 3, 1956, he was married to Shirley Walker, who survives.

? marvin l. reimer, 88, owner and operator of a feed and hatchery known as Reimer Inc., died Oct. 12 at Sunshine Meadows Retirement Community at Buhler.
Burial will be at 10 a.m. Friday, Oct. 16. A memorial service will follow at 11 a.m. at Buhler Mennonite Brethren Church with pastor Nick Rempel officiating.
Visitation is from 4-7 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 15 with family available from 5-7 p.m. at Buhler Mortuary.
He was born Feb. 7, 1927, to Pete and Agatha (Ratzlaff) Reimer in Jefferson County, Neb. On Oct. 29, 1946, he was married to Fern L. Esau, who survives.
